Building Department Forms & Applications
Building Permit Application - General applicatipn for all porjects including residential, multi-family, commercial, roofing, and demolition for any work valued over $100.
Plumbing Permit Application - Plumbing permit required in addition to the building permit if ANY plumbing work is to be done (including tenant finish and basement finish).
Mechanical Permit Application - Mechanical permit required in addition to the building permit if ANY mechanical work is to be done (including tenant finish and basement finish).
Contractor License Application - All contractors who do ANY work within the Eagle town limits are required to obtain a contractor's license and supply valid and up-to-date liability insurance.
Inspection Request Form - This form is used when a buiding inspector completes an inspection. Inspections may be requested by phone at 970-328-9626, faxing this form to 970-328-9656, or filling out this form in person at our office at 200 Broadway.
Water Tap Applications
All water tap fees are to be paid at the time of permit application submittal and the application will not be accepted until all fees have been paid.
In Town Residential Water Tap Application - For all single family homes and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) within the Eagle town limits.
Out of Town Residential Water Tap Application - For any residential property outside of the Eagle town limits but are supplied by Eagle town water.
Multi-Family/Hotel Water Tap Application - For residential duplexes or larger within the Eagle town limits.
Commerical Water Tap Application - For any commercial property within the Eagle town limits.
