Brush Creek Pavilion Rental

First, download a contract off the website or pick up a contract at Town Hall. Second, READ and complete the contract. Thirdly, return the required forms to Town Hall WITH payment to reserve your desired date. The initial deposit for the Pavilion or Studio is required to set-up a firm reservation.

The total cost is variable depending on your event. Cost is determined by the day of the week, insurance costs, and Eagle resident status. 1)Deposit (refundable)
2)Rental Fee (non-refundable)
3)Insurance

Events cancelled less than thrity (30) days prior to the event will not have deposit refunded.
|
|
|
Check-in is at 8:00 a.m. the day of your event at the Pavilion where a town employee will meet you and give you a key. Check-out is at 8 a.m. the day after your event, and an employee will meet with you for inspection and retrieve the key.

Please call us at 970-328-6354. We will get all your information and help you get started. Your utility bill is a monthyl statement which includes water, sewer and trash. Don't forget to ask what day your trash pickup is.

Yes, we use an automated truck designed to pick up Town designated cans only. All trash must be in these cans or it will not be picked up. If you have cardboard it can be taken to the Fairgrounds recycling bins. You may receive a second trash can for an additional $17.00 a month if one can is not adequate. Only on a case by case basis will we evaluate a speical pickup. Please contact Angela at 328-6678 for further information. Hazardous waste is treated by Eagle County once a year and usually occurs in the spring.

At this time, there is not curbside recycling available. However, there are bins at the Eagle County Fairgrounds parking lot entrance.

There is a wonderful park and playground at the Brush Creek Pavilion. There are many others within our subdivisions; the Terrace, The Bluffs and The Bull Pasture Park. Chambers Park is located along the Eagle River at our Information Center along with the Eagle Valley Chamber of Commerce.
